Cate’s purpose is to help others access that place within themselves by gently shifting the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Cate is the founder of Aurora Holistic Healing and creator of The Aurora Method. Her work weaves together somatic practices, breathwork, and energy work to support the nervous system and release what the body has been carrying.
This is not about chasing quick fixes or dramatic releases. Cate creates a safe space where the body can soften, integrate, and remember its own capacity to heal. Through this process, her clients often discover more clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves.

These sessions can help release stored tension, ease emotional overwhelm, and create more space for clarity and connection. Whether you’re moving through a big life transition, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, our time together meets you where you are and works gently but powerfully from there. -
Online group sessions let you experience the depth of this work from the comfort of home while still feeling connected to others on a similar path. These sessions are guided and mostly private, you won’t be put on the spot or asked to share. Instead, you’ll be supported through somatic and energetic practices designed to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and help you feel more at ease in yourself.
