1:1 SESSIONS WITH CATE
Each session is shaped by what your body and nervous system are ready for in that moment. Using a blend of somatic practices, breathwork, bodywork, and energetics, this is space to release what you have been carrying, regulate your system, and reconnect with yourself.
These sessions suit people moving through burnout, overwhelm, big life transitions, or a quiet sense of disconnection they haven't been able to shift on their own.
GROUP SESSIONS
Group sessions offer the same depth of nervous system and somatic work in a shared setting. You won't be put on the spot or asked to share. Your experience is your own, held alongside others who are also showing up for themselves.
There is something quietly powerful about that. Sessions are offered both online and in person on the Sunshine Coast.

Real shifts take time and space to integrate. The value packs are designed for people who are ready to commit to the work and go deeper over a series of sessions, at a more accessible price point.

SESSIONS TO SUIT ALL TIMEZONES
A guided group session using breath and somatic practices to help you release built-up stress and settle your system. You will be supported through the process the whole way. No pressure to share, no experience needed. Just come as you are.
This is a good place to start if you are new to this work, or a more accessible way to show up for yourself regularly. Everyone's experience is unique. Some people leave feeling lighter. Others notice things are more tender as things begin to shift. Both are part of the process.
