This is a more active session that uses conscious breath to move emotion, shift stuck energy, and support your nervous system to return to a more balanced state.
Breath has a unique way of helping us quiet the overthinking mind and drop into the deeper layers of our body and emotional landscape. It allows us to access and release what talking or analysing often cannot reach. This may include stored emotion, old tension, or patterns that are ready to shift.
Perfect if you are feeling emotionally full, overwhelmed, or like something just needs to move. You will be gently guided through breath practices designed to support release, clarity, and reconnection.
