Most people are surprised to hear that around 70% of my clients work with me online - from all over the world.

What surprises many is just how effective this work feels, even through a screen. Again and again, clients share that the depth of release, regulation, and connection is no different from being in the same room.

The body doesn’t need us to be side by side to respond. Whether you’re across the world or just down the road, online sessions let you be supported from the comfort of your own home.

In fact, some clients who have experienced both online and in-person sessions actually prefer working online.

All you need to know:

  • Each session is shaped around what your body and nervous system need in that moment. Sometimes that looks like using the breath to shift stuck energy, sometimes it’s gentle somatic practices to help your body feel safe again, and other times it’s working with acupressure points or energetic flow.

    No two sessions are ever the same, because your system brings forward what is ready to be seen and released. Some people feel big emotional or physical shifts straight away. Others describe it as more subtle - a quiet softening, a sense of calm, or a clearer mind. Both are valid, and neither is “better.” The work always meets you where you are.

    At the end of your session, I’ll also offer simple practices or reflections you can take with you, so the changes can continue to integrate into your daily life.

  • Online sessions are a supportive space for you if:

  • Clients often leave online sessions describing a sense of lightness and clarity they did not expect to find from home. Some notice their body feels calmer, their mind quieter, or their emotions easier to hold. For others, the change is more subtle such as a gentle softening, a new perspective, or a deeper awareness of what their system has been carrying.

    Over time, these sessions can support you to:

    • Release tension and stress that has built up in your body

    • Regulate your nervous system so you feel steadier day to day

    • Gain clarity around old patterns and responses

    • Feel more present in your relationships and daily life

    • Reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, authentic and lasting

  • You do not need much to join an online session. All you need is:

    • A quiet space where you will not be interrupted

    • A comfortable place to sit or lie down, such as a chair, couch or yoga mat

    • A stable internet connection and Zoom (free to download)

    • Headphones if you prefer more privacy

    • A blanket or pillow nearby so you can feel supported

    I also recommend having some water and a journal close by for after the session, in case you want to note down reflections.
